This course provides a comprehensive review of the most pertinent portions of the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), International Residential Code (IRC) and the 780 Code of Massachusetts Regulations (CMR) Residential and Base Code Amendments Ninth edition as it relates to sitework, foundations, concrete and concrete reinforcement, moisture intrusion, safety and lead remediation.

This Course Covers:

  • Sitework and Foundations (3 hrs)
  • Concrete and Concrete Reinforcement (1 hr 50 minutes)
  • Moisture Intrusion/Protection (1 hr 10 minutes)
